I noticed I immediately started craving foods with magnesium (after the second day at this dose) so tonight I did a little research on the link between vitamin D and magnesium. Admittedly because of that, I still haven't started this dose and instead have started 2,000 IU of D3 daily. I was also prescribed 50,000 IU of D2 twice a week for a level of 17, and was afraid of side effects. ![]()
